Our approach.

Start with the delivery problem. Work with suppliers on the orders they already handle. Test the workflow and service economics through a pilot. Expand commitments only when the operation can support them.

Carrier partners.

We are interested in discussions with operators whose vehicles and material-handling capabilities could fit the planned pilot. Share your operating area, vehicle type, and relevant experience. Insurance, safety, licensing, equipment, and commercial requirements will be assessed before any work is agreed.

Building a model that can be repeated.

Metro Vancouver is the starting market. If the local delivery model proves useful and commercially sustainable, the software and operating approach may support expansion. Every new area would still need its own supplier relationships, carrier capability, and local knowledge.

The principles behind the network.

Respect the supplier relationship

Coordinate the transport while keeping material sales and commercial conversations with the suppliers who own them.

Design for the whole journey

A usable product has to connect the counter, the loading bay, the driver and the receiving team. Each handoff deserves clear information.

Earn the next commitment

Test the model, understand the exceptions and learn from measured work before increasing the operating promise.
